
Panic attacks also known as anxiety disorder or anxiety attacks. It is a mental condition caused by severe levels of stress and anxiety. People experiencing panic attacks usually have symptoms ranging from nervousness, increased heart rate, social phobia, dizziness, lack of sleep, feeling of having a heart attack etc.
Causes of Panic Attacks:
It is important to understand that panic attacks or panic disorders are not a physical ailment. A lot of people confuse this to be something wrong with their body and start taking treatments and medications.
Every one has certain levels of anxiety in their day to day functioning. It is when these anxiety levels soar beyond acceptable levels that it results in panic attacks. Further, it leads to severe addiction and causes more anxiety and panic in a long term than the actual panic attack itself.
The first step in treating a panic attack is the understanding that it is caused by the mind and that the panic attacks are not a physical ailment. Now, you need to treat the root cause of this treatment by meeting anxiety and panic attack in its tracks instead of delving on the symptoms and always playing catch.
